Delicious is proud to feature the extraordinary culinary talents of professional Chef Nick Long. Chef Nick is passionate about creating unforgettable dinners just for you. From appetizer to dessert, Chef Nick prepares an exciting restaurant quality dinner for this evening’s “chef’s table” – YOUR TABLE.

A native of Atlanta, Chef Nick has been a well known figure in the local culinary scene for the past ten years. His cuisine emphasizes the sensual enjoyment of tasting the freshest ingredients prepared simply to highlight their natural flavors.  From his position as executive chef of the beloved Big Red Tomato Bistro in Midtown to his work at the renowned Bones Restaurant in Buckhead, Chef Nick has trained with some of the best chefs in Atlanta including Scott Peacock of Watershed Restaurant, Greg Gammage of Bones, and Vagn Nielsen of Proof of the Pudding Catering. In addition to creating meals for Delicious, Chef Nick prepares the dessert menus for the Au Pied du Cochon restaurant and is the Pastry Chef de Partie for the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead.
